Well the way I see it," I WANT TO BE ONE OF HER PEOPLE" while they figure out, how to do what BIDEN "addmitted" she already "DID"
Because what he was saying was, he'd do that for the American people but Palin wouldn't, even though she did it for her own people. Therefore the American people would benefit more from electing Obama/Biden. That's why.
