Are corn or beans such as butter bean, kidney bean a source of carbohydrate?
I want to substitute a different kind of carbohydrate for dinner instead of white rice.
Are beans and corns a good source of carbohydrate to replenish my day's energy (builder, working out at gym)
Yes, but compare calories per serving and serving size because they differ from rice.

What's wrong with me?
today I woke up early and had a bowl of special k cereal, not a lot tho because i had to run 11 miles. When I started off running I already felt tired but I kept on going. when I was 2 miles away from being done my vision began to blur and I could barley see anything which then caused my head to explode with pain. all threw my run I drank water and ate some running jelly beans to give me energy. I got home and I was shaking, my face is still very pale/yellow and I have thrown up 7 times in the past 2 hours. I tried eating some bread because my stomach is empty but when I took a bit I threw up right away. I feel a little better now that my headache is gone so I decided to weigh myself, I dropped 5 pounds from yesterday and im pretty sure its from all the water..
What could be wrong with me?
Could I maybe have the flu? (I don't have a fever)
I run everyday at least 5 miles and then on Sundays I run long distance between 10-13 miles so my body is use to this running.
You may have just worked yourself too hard. How often have you been running like this? Is it a new regimen for you?
The vision and headache was probably caused by not enough blood flow to the brain.
Puking often happens with running, since your blood is redirected to your digestive system while you're digesting, and your body wants to send the blood to your muscles.
In the future, I'd suggest eating a full meal, and then just waiting an hour or two before starting to run.
I doubt that it's the flu, since you have no respiratory symptoms. If it continues, it might be a stomach virus.
