I've never shopped there. But it looks great if you ask me. If you like something from there then get it, but you'll probably find something similar cheaper on Amazon or eBay or another shopping search engine.
How does what work? You order it, like you do anything else online. Then they ship it to your house.

If you're wondering about the "love" necklaces or whatever, yes certain gems and minerals have different properties. I'll use a love necklace for example. Don't expect to hook up with the man of your dreams, or everyone to just love you, just because you're wearing a damn rose quartz necklace. Its affects would be way more subtler, and would be the same affects if you bought it from a different dealer who did not classify it as a "love" necklace.
