Oh and does anyone have any tips on memorizing things because i have to memorize 30 elements, their atomic number, and their symbol.

that's why your body will keep sweating as your body produces heat to prevent from overheating. ( by absorbing the heat so it maintains your body temperature)
And for the memorising part, you shouldn't memorize, you should remember the elements, and all other specific things needed, the best way to do this is by doing it little by little maybe you 5 elements first...and then the next five, and so on,

Remembering and memorizing is actually different, because when you memorize, you only think about the letters and numbers, but remembering, you actually think about the details meaningly,..good luck!
