Energy drinks are a potential danger to my health?
I have to admit, I'm addicted to energy drinks. I probably drink about two monsters or Rockstars, and perhaps even a coffee drink thrown into the mix on a daily basis. This is a risk to health in the long term? I'm asking have problems in the future if I keep it? How much caffeine and dangerous?
Yes Ephedrine is the number one, no. All those things that give kick that little fun to your heart ... which can lead to heart problems in the future. Also, look at baseball players who dropped dead from an attack cardiac consumption of energy drinks, then play sports. Poof! Dead. The 5 hours energy drink will give you similar results, but not so dangerous as those Rockstars. I mean, every once in a while is good, but do not do it on a daily basis. You do not want to drop dead, right? Then again I drink one or two cups of coffee every single day. I've been doing this for 20 years and I have not dropped dead yet .... Just be careful and pay attention to what your body tells you. Getting the jitters "is a bad sign. So, if the energy drinks make you tremble, then you definitely need to cut way back.

The Red Bull is my favorite, but just be careful, once you get disappears very tired. I drank one morning on my way to work, and one at lunchtime and when I got home I just crash and sleep for more than an hour.
